If I am not out building a new home or coaching my kids sports teams, you will find me at 902 Athletics. I coach Monday nights and would coach more if there were more hours in the day. Once my fragile back allows, you will see me make my Masters podium run in 2026 😳😊. I love helping people crush WODS and pushing past limits they never thought they could!

Coach
Sean Saulnier
A fan of CrossFit since the Froning era, I finally decided to take the plunge and try it for myself while living in Halifax in 2019, two months before we were all forced into lockdown due to COVID. Suffice it to say, I was hooked! During the pandemic, I relocated to Bridgewater, where I promptly joined 902 and met my second family, lifelong friends, and the best community a person could ask for!

Coach
Darcy Bears
Still have a day job so I part-time coach since 2023, 1 evening a week—and love it.
902 is place a where I find peace and friendly faces and I can’t imagine not being part of this community.
Coach
Andrew Tanner
I was convinced (or maybe tricked?) into trying CrossFit by a few overly enthusiastic friends who’d discovered it at ‘The Garage’.
Fast forward almost a decade, and here I am, fully converted. CrossFit and the amazing crew at 902 have become a massive part of my life.
I’ve enjoyed it so much that I now coach part-time, with a goal to keep learning and make the experience even better for others.
Coach
Karen
Karen is committed to helping others reach their full potential. With her personal experience in overcoming challenges, Karen truly believes that consistency and quality are the keys to achieving your fitness goals.
Coach
Deven Kennedy
After successfully graduating from the Atlantic Police Academy in 2012, he was hired by a Police Service in Nova Scotia in 2013.
On June 12th, 2022, he was involved in a traumatic incident on duty resulting in both physical and psychological injuries. A career in policing was everything he had worked towards and the incident left him feeling a loss of purpose.
Through his recovery, he identified a need in the First Responder world for physical fitness specifically designed for each individual client, specific to their job titles and unique needs.
