MASSAGE THERAPISTS
Our Registered Massage Therapists all graduated from 2200Hr Programs and have specialized in deep tissue, ashiatsu barefoot massage, and Chinese cupping to help provide an effective therapeutic treatment.

PHYSIOTHERAPISTS
Our Physiotherapists have strong interests in treating a wide variety of conditions, injuries and ages while having a keen interest in rehabilitation and injury prevention specifically in dancers, athletes, and youth.

OUR CHIROPRACTOR
Our Chiropractor treats her patients using chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy techniques and rehabilitation exercises. She has completed the McMaster University Neurofunctional Acupuncture course and is an acupuncture provider. She has certifications in mental health first aid and athletic movement assessments.

Our Registered Dietitian is passionate about building healthy, sustainable relationships with food to help maintain long term success. She works with a variety of clients to help them work towards their goals to improve their health and has a particular interest in sport and fitness nutrition, women's health, weight management and improving food + body relationships.
