902 Athletics was built with the sole purpose of building a healthier community. When I heard my friends and family talk about their feeling towards exercise, I knew that I needed to help.
With the help of some of the greatest people I know, I have focused for the last 5 years on building the best health and wellness experience that the south shore has ever seen. If you’re ready to make a change, I promise you we’ve got the answer here.

902 Athletics is different than anything you’ve done before. We’ve crafted a fitness experience that is going to make sure you keep having fun. By blending social connection within your community, fun and exciting workouts, and the best coaches on the south shore, we can make sure that your fitness experience is one you’ll never forget
Regardless of your age, gender or background, we know that to be healthy, we need to be strong. We strive to help our clients become as strong as possible, in the smallest package. True Strength is being able to try new things, never letting your fitness level hold you back, and being able to persevere in tough challenges.
Over the years we have figured out exactly what works and what doesn’t. With that knowledge, we’ve put together a team who’s only focus is to help you get the results you want.
I started B-Fit almost 3 years ago and at the age of 49, I started CrossFit. It’s been the best exercising experience I’ve ever had. I feel like I’m in school learning very important and interesting things everyday.
I’ve lost 42lbs of fat and gained about 30lb of lean muscle mass. I can honestly say that Joel and 902 Athletics played a major role in saving my life! Thank you Joel for everything you have done and for the 902 Community where everyone supports one another.
It comes down to what I’ve gained and what I’ve lost. I’ve gained newfound respect for what my body can do when I listen to expert advice. I’ve lost the worry of not feeling strong for myself or my children. The community I am part of at 902 Athletics isn’t just life-changing, it’s life-saving.
The CrossFit training method has stood the test of time. It’s now one of the most training programs in the world. CrossFit is our primary program that focuses on everything from strength and cardio, to flexibility and longevity.
Our Nutrition program is backed up by a Registered Dietitian – the experts in the Nutrition world. We don’t do fad diets, we only focus on things that work in the long term. Also, you may have insurance coverage!
B-Fit is a bootcamp style training program that is focused on light cardio blasting workouts to get you sweating. Anyone can jump into B-Fit, no prior fitness experience needed – you’ll find all ages here. Come sweat with us!
One-on-one is the fast track to your best results. You’ll get your own coach who will develop a program specifically for you and your personal goals. If you’re serious about your goals, personal training is the answer.
Athletic Training happens in our satellite location inside HB Studios. We focus on sport specific training and helping athletes become safe in sport. By focusing on sport specific training we can accelerate the growth process in athletes.
Whether you’re stuck in social isolation or you can’t quite make it to 902, we now offer online training. This is a 1-on-1 program where our coaches will find out exactly what you need and make sure you’re able to reach your goals where ever you’re training
Our CrossFit kids program is designed to make fitness, exercise and healthy eating fun for our youth. By learning how to move properly and associating exercise with fun, kids will be set for life in physical literacy. Build their foundation!
Exercise is important for all ages, but it becomes even more important as we age. Exercise can fight off a number of chronic illnesses. It can also help us maintain bone density, strength and independence. It’s never too late to get started at 902 Athletics!
