The foundation of a healthy life starts here. With our CrossFit Kids program, we teach all aspects of wellness. Kids will learn how to move safely, what healthy eating looks like and how to achieve greatness by stepping out of their comfort zone.

The development stages in our youth are critical to how well they adopt a healthy life. By creating positive experiences around exercise, fitness and healthy eating, we are setting kids up for success physically and mentally.
5 – 8 Years Old
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00 – 5:30PM
9 – 12 Years Old
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 – 6:15PM

By learning new things every day, we can prepare kids to be able to adopt new things and conquer them. Physical literacy helps ensure that kids are able to learn new thing, inside and outside the gym.
Strength goes beyond the physical side of things. Strength to make it through tough workouts and new challenges. Strength to be challenged and step out of their comfort zone.
We call ourselves successful when kids walk away and can’t wait to come back. When kids are excited about training, it means that they are less likely to associate fitness with a chore. That’s the real win!
